Frank's Floating Island

We served one of our favorite desserts at last weekend's dinner party -- floating island.

Our talented caterer Frank makes the most delicious version of this classic French dessert. Every serving has a pillowy, sweet meringue that swims in crème anglaise. It's amazing!
